A fundraiser has been organized for a woman who was hit and run away in Dublin. During all this, her bicycle was stolen while she was being cared for by paramedics.

GoFundMe, which was set up for Jane Hyland, who was a victim of the incident last Sunday morning, is hoping to raise some funds for her hospital fees and help her get back on her feet and on her bike as soon as possible, reports The Mirror.

So far, thanks to the generosity of donors, EUR 5,050 has been raised, exceeding the target amount of EUR 4,500.

The fundraiser, organized by Sensitive Bunch, says: “Our good friend and 1815 Football Club member Jane Hyland was the victim of a hit and run in Dublin City in the early hours of Sunday morning. To make matters worse, as she was being attended to by paramedics someone stole her bicycle,” reports The Mirror.

Jane needs surgery, so organizers are organizing a GoFundMe to help pay for her hospital stay and recovery time while she’s out of work.

“And to get her back on her feet and on a bike as soon as she’s able and ready. Please Donate anything if you can,” it states. Adding: “We love you coach Jane,” reports The Mirror.

One of 41 online donors said: “Get well soon Jane!!! Need u back on the pitch,” reports The Mirror.
