Met Eireann is forecasting that unsettled weather is likely to continue through most of August, with little in the way of summer in sight.
According to the national forecaster, some parts of the first week in August may be slightly drier than current conditions.
The following fortnight’s weather is still uncertain, though Met Eireann predicts changeable weather conditions.
