The Irish Government is to propose that people work until the age of 70 for 60 odd extra quid on their pension.
Under the new plans, people would be required to keep toiling until they either collapse and die at their workplace or perish after 72h on a trolley in some overcrowded hospital.
But you still get 62 extra quid in your pocket so there’s that.
It’s not clear if Government Ministers will also be required to sit at their seats until 70.
