The adage “you are what you eat” certainly came to the fore on last night’s Late Late Show.
Philip Boucher-Hayes gave a practical example of what we actually eat in our daily sausages. He didn’t pontificate or condemn, the Crimecall presenter merely said this is what we are eating, including himself.
Boucher-Hayes showed various ingredients which get thrown into a blender along with a bit of pork to make up the sausages we eat for our breakfast, dinner and tea!
He is currently presenting a show on RTE on Wednesday evenings called “What are you eating”.
