
A teenage boy has been seriously injured in a hit-and-run involving a scrambler in north Dublin.
The boy, who is aged in his early teens, was struck by the scrambler at the Five Lamps, at the junction of Killarney Street, Amiens Street and North Strand Road, on Saturday night, reports RTE.
He was taken to Children’s Health Ireland at Temple Street with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the scrambler left the scene, reports RTE.
Gardaà are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
They are particularly appealing for anyone with camera or dashcam footage who was in the area between 9.15pm and 10.15pm to make it available to gardaÃ, reports RTE.
