A young boy has been seriously injured during an accident involving a scrambler bike in the capital.
The accident happened in the Cherry Orchard Park area of Ballyfermot, Dublin 10, at around 7pm on Thursday evening.
It is understood that the scrambler bike collided with a stationary quad bike in which a woman and an infant were seating. The infant sustained serious injuries and was taken to Crumlin Children Hospital.
