A young girl had to be rushed to hospitalized following a dog attack in an Irish county.
The incident reportedly took place in the Tubbercurry area of Co. Sligo on Monday, March 22.
The girl sustained serious but not life-threatening injuries.
It is understood the animal was put to sleep following the attack.
