A 25-year-old man is in hospital today after being struck by a vehicle at around 6am this morning.
The incident happened at the junction of Crumlin Road and Bangor Road in Dublin. The man was rushed to St. Vincent’s Hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.
The road is currently closed for a forensic examination and diversions are in place.
Gardai have issued an appeal for witnesses.
Met Eireann has issued a fog warning today, as dense fog conditions are predominant around the country.
