Gardai have confirmed that a young man has died following a stabbing incident in the capital.
It is understood that a man in his 20s sustained fatal stabbing injuries during an incident that happened in the Clontarf area of Dublin shortly after 7am today.
A man also aged in his 20s has been arrested in connection with the stabbing.
