A young man was rushed to hospital with serious injuries following a single-vehicle crash in the south of the country.
The incident happened in Hadwell, Lower Aghada, Co. Cork, shortly after 8pm on Sunday.
The victim, a male in his 20s, was taken to hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries. He was the only occupant.
