Well known activist Paddy Manning has declared that he will contest the upcoming election in his native Kilkenny/Carlow constituency as an Independent/non party candidate.
Paddy, a regular on Tonight with Vincent Browne, has been political active for over 30 years both in his native Kilkenny and nationally.
One political pundit on social media claims “Manning has a very strong chance of gaining a seat in the constituency, he’s well known and well liked. He speaks his mind and says what a lot of people think but currently haven’t a politician’s voice to say it. He would be a breath of fresh air in the Dail.”
