🔴BREAKING: A person has been stabbed at an under-16 GAA match




A man in his 40s has been arrested after a knife attack during a U16 GAA game in Co Tyrone.

PSNI officers attended the scene at the Convent Road Sports Ground in Cookstown.

Two people were stabbed in the incident. One man was taken to the hospital and another was treated at the scene.

A man in his 40s was arrested and taken into custody for questioning.

The PSNI have asked any witnesses or anyone with footage of what happened to get in touch.

The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service confirmed they received a 999 call at 9:03 p.m. m. from this night.
