Belfast boxer Michael Conlan has been rushed to hospital following a brutal knockout in the twelfth round against Leigh Wood.
Conlan scored a knockdown in the very first round and nearly finished him off only to be saved by the bell.
Conlan dominated much of the next 5 rounds but Wood dug deep and came back into fight, scoring his own knockdown in round 11.
Round 12 saw both men slug it out but Wood caught Conlan and knocked him out straight through the ropes.
He was rushed to hospital where he is believed to be conscious and being examined by medical personnel.
