Although he usually looks very unstable, he managed a walkabout for a few minutes in the horrible weather.
Biden, believe it or not, is running again for President in 2024 and no doubt used this entire event as a campaign event.
He’ll speak briefly in Louth before moving to Dublin and then onto Ballina, Co Mayo on Friday.
