?BREAKING: Disaster for hospitality – NEPHT has met and told the government to delay the reopening of indoor dining in Ireland

In what can only be described as an absolute disastrous blow to the hospitality sector, NPHET has recommended that the government delay the reopening of indoor dining in Ireland.

They have their power and they’re not going to relinquish it anytime soon by the looks of things.

The Chief Medical Officer Dr Tony Holohan is blaming the Delta variant on the delay.

Indoor dining was due to commence on July 5th but that’s not going to happen now.

Taoiseach Micheál Martin, Tánaiste Leo Varadkar and Green Party leader Eamon Ryan all met on Monday evening prior to meeting with NPHET.

It’s understood that they were told that they cannot open indoor dining at this time.

It means that Holohan and the shameless Irish government will see Ireland being the only country in Europe with no indoor dining.
