It’s been revealed tonight that the government is planning on an emergency cut of excise duty on motor fuel tomorrow.
It’s understood that the Cabinet will introduce a reduction that will result in a 15c to 20c less that current prices at the pumps.
It’s not yet known whether the reduction will remain indefinitely but it’s believed that it will come into effect immediately.
So don’t fill tonight and tell your friends to wait until tomorrow.
