Gardai have called off the search for a missing Dublin man following the discovery of a body.
28-yr-old Dean McCann had last been seen in Eyre Sq. in Galway on February 5. His sister, Tara McCann had released her brother’s image on social media and the post went viral in an attempt to find the Dublin man who was last seen nine days ago.
Sadly, it’s understood that a body was found in Dangan, Co Galway, on Sunday and emergency services have stood down the search for the Dublin man.
Gardai thanked the public for their help in searching for Dean McCann.
