Ireland have claimed their first Olympic medal at Tokyo 2020 games as the women’s four took bronze.
In what was an epic rowing race the Irish team of Aifric Keogh, Eimear Lambe, Fiona Murtagh and Emily Hegarty took home the bronze ahead of Great Britain.
The race was won by Australia who just edged out the Netherlands who mounted a late charge.
