?BREAKING: Irish people could be paid to take in Ukrainian refugees




The government is said to not by ruling out the possibility that Irish host families will get paid for taking Ukrainians into their homes.

It’s something the the UK government are doing for an incentive to take them in and it’s been speculated today that the Irish government may now do something similar.

It’s understood that supplies available for these people are under pressure and that’s the move towards the potential new initative.

One auctioneer told The Liberal that payment could be as much as €400 per month.

The Taoiseach Micheal Martin said that there are no talks at the moment for the move but that something is going to be looked at, which many believe will be payments.
