Japan’s Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has announced that North Korea fired a hot missile across Japan leaving the country fearing for its life.
He said that the barbaric act meant a national text alert was sent to residents telling them to get indoors immediately, evacuate office buildings and not use the underground.
The missile flew over two northern regions of the country with no explanation for the action given at this time.
The missile shot across Japan at 11:29pm Irish time.
