The body found in the Bridger-Teton National Forest has been identified as that of Gabby Petito. The young woman’s death was declared a homicide, according to the FBI.
The remains found in a remote part of the Wyoming National Forest are those of Gabrielle Venora Petito, the Van-Life blogger who went missing after a road trip with her fiancé, a doctor confirmed on Tuesday evening.
Ms Petito’s cause of death remains pending final autopsy results, the Denver Division of the FBI said.
22-yr-old Gabby Petito was last heard from on August 25 while visiting national parks in the west with her fiance Brian Laundrie on a road trip.
