A crowd has gathered outside the Aras in the Phoenix Park to protest French President Emmanuel Macron’s visit with Micheal D Higgins.
The protest is said to be against discrimination in Ireland with a hint of anti covid passports included too.
Earlier, around 2pm there was a protest against Macron meeting with Micheal Martin, albeit a little later than planned as the French President’s schedule over.
Macron will leave for the airport immediately after meeting with Higgins. Protestors say that they’re happy that their presence is known and that their opposition to Macron’s visit is known.
