These are the counties of Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, Cork, Kerry, Waterford, Limerick, Clare, Galway, Mayo and Wexford. ”

The Department said that schools that are no longer in a red or orange warning zone could reopen if principals responded to concerns and were given the opportunity to search for downed power lines and other serious damage to proximity to school buildings.
