A fairly mediocre fight in London tonight saw Katie Taylor cruise to victory against Argentina’s Karen Carabajal.
The Bray woman had a tough task on her hands against Porto Rican Amanda Serrano back in April but tonight was a completely different story.
Taylor won the fight easily on the judges’ scorecards.
A packed out arena saw 18,000 people screaming the house down as Taylor’s arms were raised for the victory.
There’s already talks about a possible rematch with Serrano in none other than Dublin’s fair city.
