Gardai have launched an investigation after two bodies were found in a house in Granard town, Longford.
It’s believed the sad event may be the result of carbon monoxide poisoning and gardai  are not treating the discovery as an suspicious.
They are carrying out toxicology examinations to determine the cause of the death.
