Two people have sadly died and three others have been seriously injured in a road traffic crash in Co Monaghan this evening.
The three seriously injured people have been rushed to hospital, two of whom are in a critical condition.
The crash happened on the N54 at Legnakelly near Clones at around 6.45pm on Monday evening.
It is understood that all five people were in the same car.
