The incident happened in Turkey in recent days.
The toddler’s family left her on the water unattended, when a combination of strong winds and currents began pulling the child out towards open sea.
When they realised the baby’s plight beach goers tried to reach her, but she was too far out, and the strong current kept pulling her away.
The coast guard had to be called and they managed to rescue the baby unharmed.
