There was some more good news on the jobs front this afternoon, as a biscuit factory and an e-learning company have confirmed that they are set to create a 140 jobs for Dublin and Drogheda respectively.
It is understood that the East Coast Bakehouse are to create 100 new jobs at its new manufacturing plant on the Donore Road in Drogheda, Co Louth, as part of their €15m investment project. Meanwhile 40 jobs will be created by the Brazilian e-learning company AFFERO lab, who plan to open their new European Operations centre in Dublin.
It is thought that the company will be offering highly skilled jobs which will focus on research and development, adaptive and mobile learning and data analytics. It is believed that recruitment for all the positions has already begun.
