18 people have been injured after a man sprayed a substance inside Selfridges department store in London earlier today.
It is understood that the incident happened after two men got into an altercation at the store. One of the men sprayed the other with an unknown substance, causing injury to the second man and others around him.
People were treated at the scene, and two people were taken to hospital as a precaution.
The substance used remains unclear.
A man in his 20s was arrested at the scene.
