Lazee Okenyi (21) was found with €780 in cash after Gardaí searched his home on suspicion that he had robbed and sold a mobile phone.
Okenyi, with an address in Earlsford Road, Lucan confessed to stealing a black iPhone 11 on December 4th, 2019 the Irish Independent reported.
The thug admitted to possession of cannabis worth €30 following a Garda search of his premises on December 5th 2019.
Judge Ciaran Liddy has adjourned a sentencing for Okenyi to May, in the hopes he may bring compensation to the court, the Independent.ie reports.
