3 words: Sorry, Please, Thank You – Pope Francis sent out a powerful family message last night in Croke Park

The world watched on and Pope Francis delivered.

The 81-yr-old Pontiff gave a spectacular speech in front of an estimated 82 million in Croke Park and estimations of hundreds of millions around the world.

He spoke about compassion and forgiveness and how never to go to bed on a row. He said that all babies should be Christened as soon as possible so that they too can be entered into and welcomed into the Christian family.

Pope Francis’ most emphatic message was to use 3 words – Sorry, Please, Thank you.

He already had received an incredible welcome when he entered the stadium, but the applause, cheers, roars and even tears of enjoyment and happiness at the end of the night were something to behold.

Today we’ll witness Pope Francis celebrate Mass in front of up to 600,000 people in the Phoenix Park while yesterday he was greeted with amazing cheers by 100,000 people on the streets of Dublin’s city centre.

This Papal visit truly is turning out to be a magnificent success.
