Thirty-two Irish pubs in fifteen counties have made it in the 2016 Michelin Eating Out In Pubs guide. The guide lists 590 pubs across the Republic, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales for the quality of their food. The Michelin Eating Out in Pubs guide is now available in bookshops.
Rebecca Burr who edited the guide noted says that “more and more pubs are serving flexible all-day menus – incorporating breakfast, brunch and afternoon tea. The pub industry should be congratulated for moving with the times.”
