
A 7.3-magnitude quake has struck off the coast of Japan, with tremors felt as far as Tokyo.
The quake’s epicenter was pinpointed on the eastern coast of Fukushima, at a depth of 36 miles (60km).
The quake, which hit at 11am local time, has reportedly caused widespread power failures and has injured ‘dozens.’
