In Northern Ireland, two men, one in his 60s and the other a young kid, lost their lives in separate automobile accidents, reports RTE.
Early this morning, a single-car collision at Banbridge Road, Rathfriland, County Down, claimed the life of the 17-year-old teenager.
According to PSNI Inspector Cherith Adair, the collision occurred prior to 2.30 am.
Jack Morrow has been identified as the person who passed away at the site. His hometown was Rathfriland, reports RTE.
Another passenger in the vehicle, a 19-year-old man, was brought to the hospital to get critical care for his injuries.
After being closed, the route is again open again, reports RTE.
After a different collision yesterday evening close to the border between counties Armagh and Down, a man in his 60s passed away.
The car’s driver passed away, reports RTE.
