Gardai set up a number of checkpoints across Dublin and Limerick over the weekend, as part of and ongoing road safety campaign.
Gardai conducted mandatory drink and drug driving tests, which resulted in two people arrested for drink driving.
Further checkpoints are likely to be setup over the next few weeks.
