The curtain is slowly beginning to get pulled back and the effects of what so many Ukrainians can get away with in Ireland is truly staggering.
An average Irish family of four, who want their two kids to go through college, will end up spending thousands of euro out of their own pocket to provide for their children and get them through the higher education system.
However, the equivalent Ukrainian family can come to Ireland seeking asylum and can have their kids’ colleges fees completely covered free of charge – this applies to all Ukrainians even if they’re millionaires.
Something somewhere is going to give because it’s truly unfair what’s happening to Irish people at this stage.
