Rumours abound this morning that the prestigious lingerie firm Victoria’s Secret may soon open a flagship store at the site currently occupied by BT2 on Grafton St, though according to sources, no definite deal has been reached yet.
Victoria’s Secret has been operating an outlet at Dublin Airport for over a year, offering a wide range of products, including of course the world-famous lingerie. A presence in Grafton St. would greatly bolster the firm’s presence in Ireland.
If the deal does go ahead, the new store would feature about 1,858sq m (20,000sq ft) of retail space at ground, basement and first-floor level, as well as about 929sq m (10,000sq ft) of storage on two upper levels.
