Aer Lingus in trouble as 130 staff are laid off without pay in Cork




Aer Lingus’s troubles deepen tonight, as 130 staff are due to be laid off without pay in Cork.

The affected people will be left without income from the airline between the months of September and November.

It emerged earlier that Ireland’s flagship carrier permanently closed its cabin crew base in Shannon Airport.
