A health and fitness fanatic and mum from Alaska left a McDonald’s Happy Meal sitting in her office in its packaging for a staggering six years and the food is yet to show any signs of decay!
According to Jennifer’s post, the meal “has not rotted, molded or decomposed at all” after six years of sitting untouched.

While many were quick to call her out as a fake, Jennifer even provided the receipt for her purchase as proof.
Jennifer says her experiment was done to prove how unhealthy fast food is for children and how many chemicals go into seemingly-innocent snacks like nuggets. While McDonald’s insist it’s just because the salt content doesn’t allow the food to dry out, it still makes us a bit less hungry for those nuggets now…
