Alan Kelly reportedly set to resign as Labour party leader




The Labour Party leader Alan Kelly is reportedly set to resign later this evening.

According to RTE News, Kelly who became Party leader in 2020 is expected to step down from his position after he considered his future in  recent weeks.

Although no official explanation has been given as to why Kelly is leaving the role of party leader it is believed that the Covid-19 pandemic may have a factor on his decision.
