Almost 50% of workers say they would refuse job offer with no remote work option, new survey claims

According to recent study from The Stepstone Group, the parent company of the jobs website IrishJobs, over half of Irish jobseekers would decline a job offer if no totally remote or hybrid working choices were provided, reports RTE.

This is in contrast to the 29% global average.

According to the report, 61% of job searchers would decline an employer’s even alluring employment offer if they had a bad interview experience.

Thirty percent of job seekers would not accept an offer of employment from an organization that did not provide benefits for mental health or wellbeing, and nearly one in five job seekers would reject a job offer from an organization that did not have any sustainability or environmental efforts in place, reports RTE.
