Aontu leader Peadar Toibin has been abused in his office in Leinster House by a Sinn Fein rep.
The former Sinn Fein TD has come under immense pressure by some Sinn Fein members because of his Pro Life views.
Peadar served Sinn Fein for 21 years but faced a torrent of abuse from a Sinn Fein member.
Two big empty boxes were left in Toibin’s office. A short time later, the Sinn Fein Dáil Political Manager came in shouting “Fuck off out of this floor, Fuck off out of this area & Fuck off out of this office before something happens”.
It’s understood that the threat was taken extremely seriously.
Peadar Toibin posted the following on social media with many saying they weren’t surprised that a Sinn Fein member would make such an abusive outburst.
