Apollo 11 astronaut Michael Collins has passed away aged 90.
Collins flew to the Moon on the historic mission alongside Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin, but he stayed on board the capsule while his colleagues walked on the surface of Earth’s satellite.
It is understood that the former astronaut passed away following a long battle with cancer.
