Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden has lashed out at a journalist in an interview when asked if would take a cognitive test to determine if he was mentally fit.
When asked in an interview about a potential cognitive test after footage went viral of numerous cases of his incoherent rambling, Biden rebuked Errol Barnett of CBS News saying:
“No, I haven’t taken a test. Why the hell would I take a test? C’mon man. That’s like saying you, before you got in this program, if you take a test where you’re taking cocaine or not, what do you think, huh? Are you a junkie?”
Owing to the fact that Barnett is black, some have claimed these were racially charged remarks with Biden already having been accused of racism for telling another black interviewer that if he had a hard time deciding between him or Trump “You ain’t that black”.
