Look skyward tonight and you might just catch a glimpse of celestial wonder.
The Pink Supermoon -the first Full Moon of Spring in the northern hemisphere- will be visible tonight, offering an enhanced view of Earth’s only satellite.
Supermoons occur when the Moon’s orbit takes the lifeless rock closest to Earth. The Moon will appear roughly 14% larger and 30% brighter than normal, with a distinct pink hue about it.
