As Hairdressers and barbers reopen today – Peter Mark faces major backlash after it emerges that it might charge returning customers anything between €45-€60 to ‘fix’ home-made hair dye jobs

Today’s the day where people can finally go out and get their hair cut after months of looking quite unruly, to say the least.

Hairdressers chain Peter Mark is facing significant backlash after it emerged that returning customers might be charged between €45-€60 to ‘fix’ home-made hair dye jobs.

According to the company, the surcharge will be applied on the customer’s very first visit to the salon, on top of the normal hairdressing fee.

Businesses have lost out on a lot of revenue during the forced closure due to Covid-19, so it’s like that blatant racketing such as this will become rampant over the next few months.

Ultimately, it is the client’s choice to go somewhere else.
