Asylum seekers now told to sleep at Dublin Airport, as temporary accommodation across Ireland is ‘full’

Asylum seekers have now been told to sleep at Dublin Airport, as temporary accommodation across Ireland is ‘full’.

It is understood that all State-sponsored accommodation is occupied, so new arrivals will be forced to sleep on plastic chairs and sleeping bags all around the airport.

It’s unclear whether or not the Government is aware of the image portrayed by hundreds of destitute people sleeping around the floor at the ‘world-class’ Dublin Airport as international tourists arrive at ‘welcoming’ Ireland.
