Tragic news this afternoon, after a collision between two trains in Italy has left as many as 12 people dead, with many more injured.
The incident happened along a single stretch of track between the towns of Corato and Andria, in the southern area of the country.
Local officials are heading for the crash site to ascertain the cause and severity of the event.
