At least 14 people have died in a fire in Thailand.
According to the BBC, the fire broke out on Friday and firefighters tried for hours to control it but they weren’t able to save everyone at the venue. It is not yet known what was the cause of the fire, but it’s thought that some of the walls contained flammable material which made it worse.

In the aftermath of the fire, the Thai Prime Minister asked nightclub owners to make sure they had sufficient safety measures in place following a number of fires in nightclubs.
