At least one person is dead following explosions at a building linked with Russia’s secret service.
The incident happened in the city of Rostov-on-Don in southern Russia. State-controlled propaganda channels claim that the building exploded in multiple places at once following an ‘electrical problem’.
This is the latest in a long string of suspected partisan activity-related incidents across Russia, where citizens have been forced to acknowledge that not a day goes by without something exploding or burning up.
